Music Monday: Hozier - Take Me To Church

Start your day and start your week with a positive message.  Move, groove, and let a positive beat lift you up and get you in a good head space for a good week.

Normally I pick songs that you can listen to with or without the video, but for this one I'd love it if you watched the video.  Part of why this is my song of the week is because of the story that goes with it.  When my niece was 2, we'd put this video on and her mom (my sister) would help us to recreate this dance over and over in our living room.  She'd say things like "Running toe drags" or "Now jump up from the pushup" or "Sad knees" and my little two year old niece and I would oblige.

I was thinking of this song as December rolls in, since it's also the time of year that I might squeak in for my bi-yearly appearance at church.

What does this song bring up for you? Did you watch the dance? I'd love to hear how it resonated with you in the comments below.  If you have a song you'd like featured on Music Mondays send me the link on my contact page

I'll be posting Music Mondays to the Facebook Group: Highly Sensitive Women Thriving and to my Facebook Page: Talia Camozzi  If you want to start your week with some feel good music (and if you're reading this I have a hunch you do) then do make sure to like my page and/or join the group.
