Music Monday: Kenny Loggins - Footloose

Start your day and start your week with a positive message.  Move, groove, and let a positive beat lift you up and get you in a good head space for a good week.

I can hardly believe it took me this many weeks to give you Footloose by Kenny Loggins as a Monday Morning song to get you a boost for the morning.  Because everything about this song goes without saying, I'll use a little space to tell you why I decided to start Music Mondays and post a little song every week.  It's really quite simple actually.  What we listen to matters, what we choose to listen to has an effect on our mood, and our mood has an effect on everything.  A few months ago I posted La Vie en Rose because it's my dad's favourite song to elevate a mood.  I asked him why it was his favourite, and he said because how we see the world is what our reality is.  If we see the world through rose coloured lenses, then the world becomes a rosier place.  When we look for the good we find it in ourselves, in each other, and in the possibilities around us in the world.  I hope for you that this week you notice all kinds of possibilities and rosy opportunities in your life.
