Music Monday: Michael Franti: Life is Better With You

Start your day and start your week with a positive message.  Move, groove, and let a positive beat lift you up and get you in a good head space for a good week.

This week is a beautiful song that reminds me of how great our young people are, and how much I hope they all get the chances and opportunities that their hearts are desiring.  And because I work with a lot of young people, I chose this song because of one line in it: "nobody does that thing you do better than you."   As the end of the school year is upon us and there is a whole group of new grads taking the world by the reigns let's all make sure they all know that "Life is Better with You."

I also chose this song to share this week because I was reminded of how much I love Michael Franti and his songs of love and positivity by Jen Kohler who said that Michael Franti "makes my soul feel very shiny."  I couldn't agree more, and I love being inspired by people and music.  Besides picking amazing music to uplift, Jen also is an intuitive healer, coach, and offers guidance around essential oils.  She believes in healing yourself and healing the planet, which is a mission I can get behind.
